training and financial linkage

1. Empowering the poor and the marginalized women to improve
their income status by generating more employment opportunities
through skills training and promotion
2. Assisting the trained entrepreneurs for starting their
own new businesses and linking them with other support
services like technical, professional and market support.
3. Establishing business counselling centres in the operational
areas where enthused entrepreneurs would be facilitated
with project feasibility reports on guidance for promotional
activities
4. Facilitating interested entrepreneurs, women self-help
groups, farmers and unemployed youths to involving local
based income generation activities including export of
the products
5. Promoting the capabilities of rural poor and marginalized
including unemployed youths for starting new trades, services
and businesses.
